Respect In Sport
- The Respect in Sport Program is an online certification program designed to protect our youth and provide a safe and fun environment for all participants. Hockey New Brunswick (HNB) requires one parent to complete the Respect in Sport for Parents by December 1st.
- Please follow the instructions at the following link: https://www.hnb.ca/en/clinics/respect-in-sport-parent-program
- If you have completed the program previously and your CFHA participant is already linked to your account, you don’t need to do it again.
- If you have completed the program previously for a sibling, but your CFHA participant is new to hockey, you will need to simply connect the profiles online.
- If this is the case, please follow these instructions to verify:
- You will need to log into your existing Respect In Sport Parent account, click on “Profile”, then click on “Child Management” and add your child to your profile and click “save”.
- Even if you have completed the course and received a certificate, you must ensure your CFHA player is linked to your account.
- It is important to note that players will not be allowed to participate in any team activity after December 1st until the program is completed. We encourage you to complete the program ASAP at your earliest convenience.
